What insurance plans do you accept?

I accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, and UnitedHealthcare.

What are your fees and payment methods?

Individual sessions are $120. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Health Savings Account, and Zelle. I work with insurance to make therapy accessible and affordable.
